C4 – NMI Master Report

C4 report details

Purpose

For a nominated billing period and date, you can obtain data for a single NMI or group of NMIs from each of the master tables

Example uses:

  1. Retailer report on won customers: Participant = Retailer, Role is NOT selected, Role = Local Retailer.
  2. Retailer report on lost customers: Participant = Retailer, Role is NOT selected, Role = FRMP

Content

The data returned includes information from all of the master tables:

  • CATS NMI Data
  • CATS Participant Relationships
  • CATS Data Streams
  • CATS Meter Register
  • CATS Register Identifier

Automated

Yes.

If participants have a new role of: FRMP, LNSP, LR, MDP, MPB, NSP2, or RP they automatically receive this report on completion of the CR 1000 range, including CR102X, any role change CR, and reversal CRs (1060 & 1061)

Start date for trading day

Refers to the start and end dates for records in the CATS NMI Data table

For example, if you want records for:

  1. The current day: enter today’s date in both fields
  2. A full settlement week: enter the start and end dates of the settlement week

To return a record:

  • The time between the record’s Start and End Dates must overlap at least part of the period covered by the report
  • It must have existed during the report's As At Date.
  • You must have the right to see the record. These are the Standing Data Access Rules (see Technical Guide to MSATS). MSATS applies the Standing Data Access Rules based on the overlapping roles a participant has for the record, not only the roles overlapping the report period.

SequenceNumber

The unique identifier for this table allocated when the record is created.

If a report returns the maximum number of rows allowed, the last value in this field, for this table, is the one entered in the Sequence No field in the input parameters when you run the report again

CreationDate

The date the record was originally created

MaintenanceDate

The date the NMI data record was updated

The active date is 31/12/9999

If the record is inactive, it is the date the record was made inactive

RowStatus

Identifies if the record is active (A) or inactive (I).

If it is I, the record is replaced by one or more new records covering the period of time between the record’s start and end dates

FromDate

The start date the record applies from

ToDate

The end date until the record applies.

A ToDate of 31/12/9999 is a date in the future

Unique National Metering Identifier

Code used to indicate the status of the NMI
