C1 report tables

The C1 report tables contain lists of codes and rules. C1 report tables lists the tables in a C1 report where additional report security is applied, ensuring you are entitled to see the record (for example, different participants see different records).

C1 report tables with security lists the tables in a C1 report where no additional report security is applied. For example, all participants running this report with the same parameters receive the same records.

CATS_INBOUND_CHANGE_REQUEST

If you meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • You initiated the Change Request

  • You are a nominated Role on the Change Request

  • You had a relationship with the NMI for the trading dates nominated on the Change Request, from the date this Change Request record was created

MSATS creates multiple records in this table for each Change Request

Each Change Request has an initial status of PVAL and a ReadyForValidation flag of either F (if it is submitted by batch and O if it submitted via the MSATS Web Portal)

When the Transaction is ready for validation, a new record is created with the same status (PVAL) but with the ReadyForValidation flag set to T. Every time there is a subsequent change of status, another new record is created. (In a typical Change Request lifecycle, this means there are two PVAL records and then a record for each of the REQ, PEND, and COM statuses.

CATS_INBOUND_METER_REGISTER

CATS_INBOUND_REGISTER_IDENTIFIER

If you meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • You initiated the Change Request this record relates to

  • You are a nominated Role on the Change Request this record relates to

  • You had a relationship with the NMI for the dates nominated on the Change Request that were active between the create date (MaintCreatedt) of the first record and the create date (MaintCreatedt) of the most recent record on the CATS_INBOUND_ CHANGE_REQUEST table for this Change Request (If, for example, your relationship started midway through the lifecycle of the Change Request, you are entitled to see this record)

  • The standing data access rules permit you (based on the active roles you have during the lifecycle of the Change Request) to see it.

Depending on the Roles you are acting in, you may only have access to some of the data from a record.

Note that on this table, the MAINTCREATEDT of the record is the date that the first record for this Change Request was created (the one where the Change Request begins in PVAL status).

CATS_INBOUND_ROLES

The basic security is the same as CATS_INBOUND_ METER_REGISTER however, when the CATS Standing Data Access Rules are applied to this table, if you don’t have access to data about a Role, the whole record is excluded, not just individual fields

CATS_INBOUND_OBJECTIONS

If you are the initiator of an Objection

Other parties associated with a Change Request seeking information about Objections via a C1 Report can obtain it from the CATS_OUTBOUND_NOTIFICATIONS table

CATS_NMI_DATA (CND)

AEMO uses CND_[nn] framework to map field names in the CATS_NMI_DATA table to the C1 CATS Transaction Field Validations report. Where possible, participants should use the procedural field names defined in Standing Data for MSATS. AEMO does not support participants using the Oracle database table and field names.
