csv payload

When requesting an exemption, you can upload a list of NMIs or changes you want to make to a NMI See Relevant Rules or Procedures in a csv payload Payload.

The ACTION field can be:

  • NEW: Add an NMI record to the exemption
  • CANCEL: Cancel A ServiceOrderStatus indicating the Service Order is cancelled. the meter exemption NMI. Status is set to CANCELLED
  • REMOVE: Remove the meter exemption NMI. Status is set to REMOVED
  • RESOLVE: Update meter exemption NMI when the malfunction is resolved. Status is set to RESOLVED
  • UPDATE: Update meter exemption NMI.

The NEW action can only be added when an exemption is created or when the exemption is in a More Info status.

 

You can only use specific NMI actions based on the exemption status. See the valid NMI action list.
