Enrolling in self-service password reset portal
Participants must enrol in the self-service password reset portal as a prerequisite to use the reset and unlock password functionality. Participants only need to register once.
Log in to the enrolment portal

Access the enrolment portal.
- Enter your VPN username and password in the Log In window.
- Select AEMO from the drop-down menu.
- Type the captcha code.
- Click login.

Register your verification method
- In the verification window select your preferred verification method:
- Security questions. Participants must provide 3 security questions.
- Email address. Enter your email address to receive a verification code. Input the verification code to continue.
- Security questions. Participants must provide 3 security questions.
- You will receive a notification that your enrolment is successful.
Logging in takes you to the verification window.
Contacts
Contact External and internal business contacts, similar in functionality to an address book. A contact may be an internal contact within the participant organisation, or could be an external contact belonging to another market participant.
