Field Name	Data Type	Description
AUCTIONID	String	The unique Auction ID. Must match the Auction ID in the Offer File
OPTIONID	Integer	The unique Offer ID. You can have manyOffer IDs in an Offer File
TRANCHEID	String	The unique Auction Tranche ID where the Units are sold
INTERCONNECTORID	String	The unique Directional Interconnector ID
REGIONID	String	The unique fromRegion ID for the Directional Interconnector
OFFER_PRICE	Number	The Offer price
OFFER_UNITS	Integer	The quantity of Units Offered
